At PDS, our primary goal is simple - transform your needs into actual parts through effective design and fabrication. This always begins with assembling and inserting a dedicated team to gain a complete understanding of your objectives and your expectations for the part you wish us to manufacture.

From there, we review all documentation and customer requirements for manufacturability, scheduling and cost constraints. Normally quotes can be generated in 1-7 working days, depending on the complexity, number of parts submitted and completeness of the design documents.

If necessary, in order to support both the quote process and fabrication, our engineers will regenerate the drawings into PDS format for communication with our fabrication department using a 3D CAD tool such as SolidWorks, which is our primary CAD tool. Having the 3D part model helps to expedite our understanding of the part and also minimizes the opportunity for error, increasing first piece accuracy. The latest CAM and CNC tools are then employed to program and fabricate your part
