With the ability to handle parts up to 33” x 55” x 84”, our five-year-old, 725-liner feet automated conveyer line was built by Industrial Process Equipment and features a 5-stage stainless steel washer with separate Alkaline cleaner & Phosphate tanks with a final de-ionized rinse. Our large capacity conventional oven is a shared dry-off /cure unit. And our temperature-controlled clean room spraying facility features two rollaway spray booths for quick color changes.

To ensure excellent performance under even the harshest conditions, we offer testing through our partnership with a certified laboratory. In a remarkable demonstration of durability, aluminum applied with a single coat of PDS-applied powder was shown to effectively withstand 2500 hours of salt spray testing.

We also do sandblasting, liquid & burn off stripping, and conversion coating if required as part of our single-source capabilities. If you’d like, we can also do SPC charting on request.

And of course, everything is checked and rechecked for film thickness (ASTM D1186 & ASTM D1400), adhesion (ASTM D3559) and complete cure properties (PCI #8).

Best of all, PDS has the ability to respond quickly to short-run and fast turnaround jobs without making our customers commit to the big volumes other finishing companies require. We can even provide local pick-up and delivery regardless of weather conditions with our new canopy-equipped truck.
